One point of contact handles the whole project. For every step you know who does it, how long it takes and what the outcome is. Overall: typically 3-6 months, with most of that time taken by the grid-connection procedure - not construction.

Inquiry and bill analysis

Contract
You + IC Solar 1-2 daysWe define scope, timeline and payment schedule. You sign both the contract and a power of attorney authorizing us to represent you with the grid operator.

Grid connection request and technical conditions
IC Solar + EPS 4-8 weeksWe submit the connection request and obtain the technical conditions. This is the longest part of the process, which is why we start it immediately after signing.

Design
IC Solar 1-2 weeksDetailed design: panel layout, string configuration, structure, protection and connection - in line with the grid operator's technical conditions.

Installation
IC Solar 30 kW ≈ 5 daysOur own crews install the structure, panels and inverter and connect the system. Your production doesn't stop - only a brief interruption during final connection, at a time you choose.

Questions about the procedure and timelines
How long does the whole thing take - from inquiry to commissioning?
Typically 3 to 6 months. Installation itself is the shortest part (30 kW ≈ 5 working days); most of the time is spent on the grid-connection procedure - the connection request, technical conditions and technical acceptance. That is why we manage it and start it immediately after the contract is signed.
Does production stop at your site during installation?
No. Roof work does not touch your process; a brief power interruption is only needed when connecting to your installation, and we schedule it at a time that works for you.
What do you need from us during the procedure?
At minimum: 12 months of bills at the start, site access for the visit, and your signature on the contract and the power of attorney to represent you with the grid operator. Everything else - measurements, design, applications, filings - is our job.
Who signs the contract with the grid operator?
You sign the full-supply contract as the customer-producer, but we prepare and manage the entire procedure up to signing - you receive a ready document.

Three signatures and your bills - we handle the rest
From you we need 12 months of bills, access to the site, and signatures on the contract and power of attorney. Every application, design and acceptance is on us.
