How to read the result
- Annual irradiation - how much solar energy falls on 1 m² of panel per year. Higher = a better location.
- Specific yield - how many kWh of electricity 1 kWp of installed capacity produces per year at that location, at the optimal tilt.
- Optimal tilt - the panel angle that gives the highest annual production at that location (assumes a south-facing orientation).
This is a general site estimate - it doesn't account for shading, the actual roof orientation or the structure. For an accurate assessment of your property, send us your electricity bills.
